Refunds and licensing
You can see exactly what Broomkit would free on your Mac before paying anything. That is deliberate — it means a refund should rarely be necessary.
Do I need to pay to find out what I would get?
No. Scanning is free permanently and needs no account and no card. The full scan, the Disk Map, the large-and-old file finder and path browsing are free forever. A licence unlocks Reclaim — actually moving the files — and the app uninstaller. There is no free trial of Reclaim.
The refund guarantee
Every licence carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Broomkit does not do what this site says it does, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and the refund will be issued. You do not have to justify the request.
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued the licence key stops validating, and the app returns to its free scanning mode. Nothing you already reclaimed is affected.
How the licences work
Every plan is a single payment. Nothing auto-renews and there is no subscription. You choose between a licence that is valid for one year and one that never expires.

A one-year licence simply stops unlocking Reclaim when the year is up; it does not bill you again, and you are never charged without choosing to buy again. Scanning continues to work for free either way.
A validated licence works offline for 14 days before it re-checks, so a flaky connection or a flight never locks you out of software you paid for.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. There is no subscription and no stored recurring payment. Both plans are single payments.
What happens when a 1-year licence expires?
Reclaim and the uninstaller lock. Scanning, the Disk Map and the file finders keep working for free, exactly as they did before you bought anything.
Can I move a licence to a new Mac?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old Mac and activate it on the new one. A 1-Mac licence is active on one machine at a time, not permanently welded to the first one.
Is there a free trial of Reclaim?
No. Scanning stays free forever; Reclaim and the uninstaller unlock with a one-time licence. Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Who is the merchant on my statement?
Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. The software itself is published by DPR Software Labs OPC Private Limited.
